Blue and White with Copper Red Dragon Vase

Description

Blue and white with copper red dragons chasing a flaming pearl. Iconic celestial dragon scene where two celestial dragons battle over a flaming pearl on this vase. Very heavily potted, large, square vase. Six character Qianlong mark. This vase is likely late Qing Dynasty or early Republic period. Underglaze copper red is a difficult color to execute and areas of this example have oxidized to green as seen in the photos. One small glaze flake to top rim, as shown, no other damage noted. Just over 9 inches tall, (23mm).
