We have 3 shipping categories:
Standard, flat rate:
$20.00 + $5.00 for each additional item
Heavy item shipping:
35.00 + $5.00 for each additional item
High value item shipping:
$20 + 2.5% of item cost.
If you want to know your shipping cost for an item, put it into your shopping cart and in the cart, click on calculate shipping. Provide the shipping address information and click “Update”. This will provide the cost to ship this item, provided it is the only item being bought. There is a discount on shipping for multiple items as per above. If you have a special request for our shipping department, you may be charged a little more, but we will let you know if that is the case.
Returns
You have 10 days to inspect your new item from Only Clay. If you wish to return the item within that time period, first let us know HERE to get a return authorization. Please do this.
When you return an item, we will refund the purchase price. Because of the high cost of shipping, we cannot refund the shipping costs you initially paid.
