Large studio thrown vase signed ML, dated 1938. This vase is crudely made and apparently fired in a wood fired kiln as evidenced by the small black impurities in the glaze (IMO). 11″ tall and heavy.

A large lemon yellow studio vase signed ML and dated 1938. This larger (11″), heavier vase is almost big enough to use as a floor vase. The bright, cheery yellow glaze will light up any room. It has a rustic, primitive look that would be right at home in a rustic lodge, or historic home or cottage.
