This is an interesting, and I believe fairly old vase. The decoration is incized or molded in and hand painted. There is no clear indication that it was slip cast. There are flowers as shown on the sides and the back is blank. The flowers a somewhat different in design. Numbered 8445 and there is an additional mark I cannot make out. Almost 4" tall.
